Shelter for Public Inebriates - Community Partners
The Shelter for Public Inebriates is operated by Mel Trotter Ministries in collaboration with the Grand Rapids Public Inebriates Task Force. The task force is a group of individuals and community agencies including healthcare, commerce, medical emergency, public health, and public safety organizations.
