This position primarily provides clerical and administrative support to the CEO, which also includes supporting the administrative needs of the Board. This individual must be very organized and detail-oriented. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a requirement as well as the ability to work with people of all backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. It is important that this individual is hospitable, yet maintains a high level of professionalism, when dealing with visitors, residents, employees and the community. This individual must have the ability to utilize computers with specific experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Prior experience as an executive assistant is a must.
