Clinical Receptionist Bilingual

The receptionist will be bilingual (Spanish). They will be responsible for maintaining the office environment by scheduling clinic appointments, phone triage, filing, data collection, inventory of office supplies and repairs and addressing the general needs of the guests and volunteers in the clinical area.  The receptionist is responsible for the scheduling for both the providers and patients involved in the Vision, Legal and Chiropractic Clinics.  

Job Duties

  • Secures Patient Registration for the Dental, Vision, Chiropractic clinics to include VCM entries, HIPPA forms and Medical History
  • Screen calls and checks dental clinic emails and Great Lakes Referral system
  • Schedule appointments for guests/staff seeking Legal Advisory Services
  • Manage the activities and order in the waiting area and address security issues
  • Maintain Outlook calendar schedules for providers and patient schedules for all clinics
  • Insurance verification for all clinics
  • Complete forms, charts and Eagle Soft entries for the clinical areas by end of day
  • Responsible for Lab orders for the Vision clinic
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for the Vision and Chiropractic clinics and Legal services.

High School graduate (or equivalent). Knowledge of professional office environment.  Operate logically and firmly on crisis situation.  Good time management skills.  Working hours must match providers working hours.  High level of confidentiality in regards to health matters and clientele. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook as well as general skills with Word and Excel.  Studious with new processes and software programs.  Experience with Scan-X or comparable software is preferred.
