IT Technical Support Specialist

A full-time hourly position, working directly for the Chief Financial Officer

Job Duties

  • Resolve HelpDesk tickets, remotely connect to user PC’s, resolve issues
  • Provide telephone and email support
  • Maintain accurate inventory of on-site and deployed equipment and parts
  • Remote hardware and software set up and configuration, hardware and Windows diagnostics
  • Evaluate new hardware for use
