Meet Ashley Ward
Ashley Ward is the Founder and CEO of W Talent Solutions, an executive and talent consulting firm based in Grand Rapids, MI. On a mission to create a socially conscious business, Ashley founded W Talent Solutions in 2017 to give ten percent of its profits to nonprofits that empower our community. She leads talent strategy, brand management, and national expansion efforts for the firm. Founding W Talent Solutions was a way in which she reclaimed her voice during adversity, domestic violence, and trauma.
